Kayak Expedition Trip to Georgia with Two Blades Adventures - 2 weeks - October 4-18, 2026

A trip to Georgia is much more than kayaking: it's a complete experience amidst the Caucasian mountains, spectacular rivers, ancient culture, incredible cuisine, and the unique hospitality of the Georgian people.

Our Full-On Trip lasts two weeks : a grand tour of about 2,000 km, exploring different regions and paddling every day on the best rivers available, from the calmest canyons to the alpine rapids of the Caucasus. The routes are chosen based on water levels, weather conditions, and the group's ability.

Difficulty

• General level: Class III

• Possible sections II–III up to IV (IV+) depending on the water levels.

• Requirements: safe roll and ability to follow lines in grade II–III rapids.

Logistics

• Pick-up at Tbilisi, Kutaisi or Batumi airports.

• Two weeks of itinerant travel between rivers and villages.

• Return to the same airport.

Accommodation & Food

• Mainly local guesthouses , some nights in tented camps .

• Traditional Georgian food, restaurants and picnics.

Climate

During the tour you cross several climatic zones: cold mountains, subtropical on the coast, windy steppes, arid areas.
You need equipment for cold, rain and intense heat (dry suit recommended).
