Refund policy

Since Kajack offers training services and experiential classes, returns of tangible goods are not permitted.
The following cancellation and refund policies apply to booked classes, courses, and packages.

Cancellations and Refunds

Free cancellation – up to 5 days in advance

A lesson or course may be canceled free of charge up to 120 hours before the scheduled time.
In this case, a full refund will be issued.

Cancellations between 120 hours and 48 hours before the lesson:

For cancellations made between 5 and 2 days before the lesson:
a 50% refund of the fee.

Cancellations on the day of the lesson:

Same-day cancellations are not refundable, unless there are serious and documentable reasons (e.g., injury, health reasons, significant unforeseen circumstances).
In the case of simple no-shows or cancellations without justification, the lesson will be considered completed.

Weather conditions and water levels

Safety is always the first priority.

In the event of:

adverse weather conditions,

unsuitable water levels,

objective dangers on the river,

impossibility to guarantee a safe course,

the lesson will be suspended and rescheduled at no additional cost.
The rescheduling will be scheduled with the Kajack office on the first available date.

No refunds will be provided if a compatible alternative date is offered within the season.
